It’s been a number of years. I purchased a coupon and it didn’t work. I have been generally happy with password wallet on my phone, but it would be nice if a date were provided when password changes are made

I have been using this App for many years. It works without any problems. Most important thing is you don’t have to pay monthly it’s one time purchase. I’m very satisfied.

This app was useful for years until they deleted all my important personal information. No consequences for anyone but deceived customers.

I’ve been using this app for several years and was very happy with its features. However, today I have tried several times to open the app and get nothing but a black screen. I can’t even access the login screen.

I have been using this premiere password manager on my iOS devices and my Mac for 14 years! It is super reliable, easy to manage the encrypted wallets, and syncs across to all devices without effort. For something I use multiple times a day it is among the Top Five apps I have ever installed.

Have been using this app for literally years, got it when it was free on the iPhone 5 I believe. The app has literally never let me down and it’s so easy to transfer your passwords from one phone to another when you get a new one. I don’t know what I’d do without this app considering I have literal 100s of passwords now.

Everything someone could want in a password wallet without all the shenanigans and extras. Simple layout, prompts for unique passwords, face recognition, no limits in entering information. I’ve had this app for 8 years and it is by far the most streamlined password wallet out there. You can store unlimited passwords, URLs and keep secret questions in the note section. You can sync with your iPad easily and backups are simple. Way better than other password wallets!

It’s great that this app is non-subscription. Everything else about it is mediocre. The user interface is next to impossible to use. Ridiculous navigation, confusing wording, nothing is intuitive. There has to be better solutions out there.

Upgraded to IOS 13 on both of my devices and now the App won’t open on either of them. Uninstalled the App and tried re-downloading the It but it won’t install. Contacted customer support and received no reply. Can’t access any of my passwords dating back several years, so now I’m in real trouble. Up to now, it was great. Without an immediate fix, this App is worse than worthless.

Keep on crashing on iPhone C with iOS 13.1.2

Unlike other apps which quit working with IOS updates this team keeps the app reliably working with solid backup procedures. This is the app to buy.

I have had password wallet since it first came out. I have over 100 accounts that have some sort of password, login, secret questions, the list is never ending nowadays. Password wallet has kept me straight from the beginning.

When I had apple support help me try to fix my new iPhone, it erased everything from my password wallet. I wish there had been a clearer explanation of setting up the backup for all the passwords for “older” users like me. Now the nightmare of redoing everything begins. If I had know to back it up everything would be fine. I like everything about it except for this disaster. My fault, but still... Next time I’ll know better.

Are use this app every day I would really like it and I recommended it the only problem that I’ve ever had it’s always been difficult to sync all the devices in other words everything is the same on all my Apple devices iPad to MacBookPro’s iPad Mini and someone I hope this new update will make it easier. Keep up the good work you get the nextar when it’s easy to sync all my devices thank you

Have been using this for many years on and across iOS and MacOS devices. Sync and backup features work reliably and are easy to set up (though some of the settings might benefit from nomenclature or instruction that is more intuitive to understand - hence probably some of the reviews that talk about “confusion”). As with version 4.8.13/iPad Pro 2018, there can be a few weeks until a fix is provided to make the app work perfectly on a new device, but otherwise one of the main strengths of this app is that one need not worry about updating operating systems and lose access to one’s passwords. With rare exceptions for major changes, updates are free. Everything is stored locally (unless user chooses otherwise).

I had this app for YEARS with no problems but 1 weeks ago, the app disappeared from my phone and took ALL my passwords with it. I have emailed them 3 times asking for help but no one replies. Free is not worth it if it is a lost product. I now have to reload ALL my passwords. This is NOT a reliable app

I’ve found Password Wallet to be an easy and reliable way to store and easily retrieve all my passwords. It’s so simply organized and the edit, or delete functions are a snap. I use this every day! I enjoy the Touch ID function and the ONLY complaint I have is that now I have a newer version iPhone, the Face ID feature (even though it’s listed along with the fingerprint ID, doesn’t function. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We purchased the app several years ago but when we try to sync it comes up and tells us to register or buy. Synching is so confusing that we don’t do it. Husband tried synching his ipad and it erased everything. Afraid to try synching other devices until we manually write down all passwords now.

It almost works. The sync feature to keep my iPhone and iPad wallets synched does not work at all. Backing up via email is awkward. The app recommends a restart of my wireless router. Come one, guys. Also, the app for password wallet does not seem to be available in the App Store when I access it from my MacBook Air. And even when I do back it up via email, the app still shows “542 days since backup.”

I have used this app in conjunction with the PC version for years. It works seamlessly. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Latest IOS version has removed the ability to edit any existing data. App is now completely unusable. Clicking the title of any entry does not allow for editing of existing information. There is no way to contact the developer or report bugs. Zero stars.

Any plans to update to work with Face ID and screen real estate?

I’ve been using Password Wallet for about 10 years. It’s easy to use, back up and send to yourself. I rely on it so heavily that I hardly know my passwords anymore because I can visits sites directly through the PW app to log in automatically. I even had to contact them once many years ago and the customer service was great. I’ve been starting to back up my info a bit more often since my iPhone 6 started glitching out, but I should be doing that anyway. Love this app!

Everything I said in my original review (see below) still stands. But PW does not seem to properly take advantage of the iPad Slide Over feature, so minus a star for that Original review: Best password manager because: 1. It is reasonably priced and does NOT require an annual subscription; 2. Syncs well with my computer. Initial set-up is easy and is a breeze to sync thereafter; and 3. Does NOT involve the internet or an external server. You sync wirelessly across your home network. With all the hacking that goes on there is no way I'd trust my passwords to be stored somewhere. I don't care how encrypted the service supposedly is. There is nothing safer than having them stored locally on your devices and ONLY locally, which is how Password Wallet does it.

I’ve been using PW for a few years now. It is my keychain! I can easily manage and sync PW files among my mobile devices and Mac/Windows computers. I’d love to see the wallet colors synchronize!

I have used password wallet for over 10 years and its a great password manager. Selznick Software continues to support it after every software release by Apple with frequent updates. It works with Touch ID and generates strong new passwords for each site I visit. I especially appreciate both Mac and iOS versions which can sync across all my devices. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an affordable strong solution for password security. Thank you Selznick Software!

I have used this app for years. It isn't perfect because sometimes I have trouble synchronizing across devices but it gets done and given that every time I try a more popular app, I go back to this one, I have to give it five stars.

This app's maker used to provide quick, responsive support but no longer. My Windows copy has been buggy for weeks but my repeated emails go unanswered. Are they still in business? In any case I switched to Dashlane.

Update 4-3-17 I still think the app is superb! I can back up my passwords I've even backed up my wife's PW and have it save in this wallet! She lost everything once due to a phone change. She downloaded the app then I emailed her the saved folder. She recovers every password! Update 3/3/17 There is no better or easier password protection app on the market! Period! I've tried a few including the Keeper app. This app is still hands down the best!! This app has been superb! I highly recommend it!! You can back up the wallet. You can have multiple wallets...I have mine and my girlfriends (now wife) in my wallet.

OK, Let me start out by saying I’ve used PasswordWallet for years, over probably my last 3 phones at least. Every little password for thing I use often or rarely are in there for easy access anytime I need them. Imagine my dismay when, after the last update, everything was gone. everything. I’d open up the app and there was nothing. I was all ready to write an angry 1 Star review, but instead I went to their website, followed the instructions, emailed myself an extract file, and voila, there were all my passwords! Thanks to Selznick for making it easy, and because of this I am even a bigger fan of theirs then ever before.

This app has kept my data secure and easily retrievable for many years. Love it.

Easy, dependable.

I've used PasswordWallet for years on my iPhone and Mac and now on my iPad. It is easy to use, syncs great with Dropbox so all my devices are always current.

My family has been using PasswordWallet on our i-devices and Macs for years and we love it. It does exactly what we want to too: it securely stores our sensitive data and makes that data available when we want it. It doesn't try to get too fancy...it just works. Definitely on my "must have" list!

This app used to be crap. Now it doesnt backup or sync properly.

I've been long time user. Keeps getting better. One of my favorite apps.

Have not used the desktop sync program. I just copy the wallet to desktop as a backup. Never had any problems. Very happy to have an app that continues to be supported after initial purchase without having "add-on" purchases for previously purchased function. It is independent from other online services which I like. Note that I have had this app since the iPhone 4 and currently am using it with the 5s have not updated to iOS 10

After the update to iOS 10 fingerprint no longer working

Seems to be broken under iOS 10 and/or iPhone 7. Please fix the Touch ID log in cycle that it gets stuck in, ASAP!

Since the iOS 10 update I can't log in. I love and desperately need this app. And now I can't use it at all. I hope it can be fixed. 5 stars when it works!!

After my old password app expired I felt really lost among all the available (and expensive) alternatives. I am so glad my formed highly recommended Password Wallet. It is very easy to use with fantastic and fast tech support. A great value.

I'm not impressed with their so called support - suddenly my password wallet decided to stop opening with my touch & the support - all they will say is: you need to remember your password in order to access my account. Well if I could remember it, I wouldn't have contacted support. Don't bother with this one!

I wanted to transfer information to my spouse’s iPad and wasn’t able to I also want to print a copy and don’t see the option. I want to view it on desk top and wasn’t able to do that.
